TRI-AD’s annual Vision and Values company meetings were held for our California and Arizona offices in early April. Our Associates enjoyed a relaxing lunch among their peers and the Leadership Team before the presentations started. We all look forward to the annual meeting as it provides a chance to connect, inquire, and discover in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Speakers presented various topics including exciting new initiatives, sales opportunities, company goals, achievements in 2018, key metrics, and a reaffirmation of our corporate Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values. Our CEO, Thad Hamilton, helped our Associates understand what they can do to help enrich the health and financial well-being of those we serve. We strive to make it fast, simple and easy for our clients to manage their employer-provided benefits.
The 2019 theme: “We Grow Together” reflects our focus to continuously learn as individuals and as a company. Our dedication to product innovation and the delivery of excellent customer service utilizing best-in-class technology drives our growth both externally and internally. In this regard, we are prepared to adapt to the changing benefits landscape and grow with our clients.
We celebrated the release of BenefitSpot™, a single user portal which aggregates health and wealth benefits to create a streamlined user experience. The significant new business we are on-boarding this year and in early 2020 creates an exciting environment for our organization and our Associates!
Kristin Sugar of Health and Welfare Operations was celebrated as the recipient of the Deana Hamilton Hughes Award. This award recognizes an Associate who both personifies TRI-AD’s Values and consistently delivers exemplary service. Congratulations to Kristin!
