AI Chat Assistant

Our AI personal benefits assistant provides real-time support to participants 24/7 and functions as an extension of our Participant Services Center. Capable of conversational enrollment, she has a list of default questions/answers to serve as an educational tool. Our AI chatbot can help walk the user through the enrollment experience explaining health jargon and optimizing users’ benefits choices.

Total Rewards/Total Compensation

Robust:  Custom file feed can include wellness and other perks like vehicles and company retirement contributions.
Fully Integrated: Total Rewards statements available on the employee’s home page.
