In January, we were delighted to announce for the third year in a row that TRI-AD was honored with the San Diego’s Best and Brightest awards. The achievement of national recognition is an exciting step in our continued endeavor to be a workplace of choice not only for the San Diego region, but the rest of the U.S.

Best and Brightest® identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Winning organizations excel at communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.

The Best and Brightest in Wellness® is an innovative initiative that recognizes and celebrates quality and excellence in health awareness. TRI-AD strives to provide a healthy and productive workplace. In that effort, our leadership supports many wellness initiatives and events such as Healthy-U, our wellness committee, whose purpose is to enrich the physical, mental, and financial well-being of our Associates through its events and outreach programs.

Best and Brightest strives to recognize companies on the vanguard of creating inspiring, balanced and healthy workplaces.  “TRI-AD focuses on attracting, developing and retaining a workforce dedicated to our company values of integrity, initiative, service, empowerment, accountability and positive attitude. To achieve this, we devote time and resources to wellness, work-life balance, community involvement, and diversity. We are honored to demonstrate our commitment to these endeavors,” says Director of Human Resources, Jacquie Hughes.
