TRI-AD Cares Committee “Shoes for Ukraine” Donation Drive

TRI-AD Cares is one of TRI-AD’s internal committees that organizes charity and community support events. Recently, TRI-AD Cares collected shoes, as well as monetary donations, from our Associates to support an effort by Nova Ukraine. Nova Ukraine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine and raising awareness about Ukraine in the United States as well as in the rest of the world. TRI-AD Cares committee members Joanna Mendoza and Christine Russell purchased new shoes with our Associates’ monetary donations. Associates Jim Reynoso, Jacquie Hughes, Joanna Mendoza, Christine Russell, and James Benton gathered at Lake San Marcos to deliver the shoes to a collection point that Nova Ukraine had established there. Between the shoes collected and those purchased with donations, TRI-AD Cares provided 90 pairs of shoes in many colors, styles, and sizes for women, men, and children.
