2022 HSA Limits Announced

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced the 2022 HSA limits.
  • The annual contribution limit for individuals with self-only coverage increased from $3,600 to $3,650.
  • The annual contribution limit for family coverage increased from $7,200 to $7,300. 
  • The High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) minimum deductibles are unchanged at $1,400 for self-only coverage and $2,800 for family coverage. 
  • Out-of-pocket maximums increased from $7,000 to $7,050 for self-only coverage and from $14,000 to $14,100 for family coverage.
